I am in the jungle, hot and humid. People are chasing each other. Sometimes you catch a glimpse of them, behind the plants. They wear strangely normal clothes. Clothes one would wear in a city, not here. This jungle does not have an end. The city has ceased to exist. No one knows what to eat, where to sleep. Hierarchy is meaningless.
Another time. The spaceship is ready for departure. Only the people are not. The first peasants and last hunters of the planet storm the place. Where are they're families? Strange faces. People from Africa. People from america. People from the Middle East. The earth has become such a great playground of glass and steel. Apartments for billions of people. So few people are here. Signs in only one language. The people speak thousands of them.
This time. Everything normal. Students receive their report cards. Other students take exams. Bank statements are being printed. A shop assistant hands out a receipt. Unwanted letters arive with the mail. Suddenly someone starts folding a paper plane. Everyone does the same. A bad grade flies as a high as a good one. It is thrown out of the window, it reaches the ground, is picked up by someone, continues its journey. A bomb has been dropped by a plane. Before it hits the ground it explodes into thousands of paper planes. The people on the ground unfeld them and read. They are love letters.
Berlin. Potsdamer Platz. A huge ape-like figure appears. Tourists freeze in horror. The ape-like figure wears a bast skirt and a necklace made of flowers. It starts to dance to an imaginary rythm. All the people dance. The leaves of the plants in the botanic garden move a little, although there is near to no wind. The underground train leans to the right side, then to the left, as if it was a living creature, a huge caterpillar perhaps. With heavy limbs, some statues waltz in.
Sometimes I enjoy nothing more than listening to music imagining things.

If you want to do something and have any scruples: Be your own little sibling!
A CD is just a medium. If you would destroy all CDs and all books, people would still tell stories and sing songs.
So I've started reading a historical novel ('A Place Called Freedom' by Ken Follett), because Ken Follett is well known and I thought it would be good. Well, right now I'm half-way through the book and I do want to finish it, but somehow it's so... normal. Normal and predictable. It tells the exact same story each and every historical novel ever written tells, no matter when and where the story is set. It's like reading the same book again and again.
All of these books contain plenty of the following:
- sex (On the blurb it says, that it's about the middle ages or the industrial revolution and whatnot, but really all the books have benn written for the sole purpose of getting together a hero and a heroine, not sparing us the details of the first sexual encounter of the hero with someone else than the heroine who remains a virgin until marriage. When they're finally married the sexing wont stop until they've got their seventh child and the reader is confronted with endless passages of sneaked kisses, women blushing at the sight of naked men and a couple exploring numerous oh-so-unusual-and-provocative positions in bed, while the descriptions lack every sort of erotic aspect. It's plain boredom.)
- rape & rescue
- prostitutes
- torture (for the same reasons that so much sex is included, there's always a nice little torture scene)
- femminist Mary-Sues in men's clothes
Sadly, I can't connect with any of the characters. They don't feel like people at all. I can't understand their emotions or I'm completely uninterested in their fate, because they're just repetitively used characters and nothing more :( Don't these people ever have serious interests in anything (besides their partners or being rebellious?), Don't they have obsessions? Don't they think about religion or about the world or people or animals or colours? Do they think? Do they think in a different way than we do? Why? Do they get mental diseases? Do they have synesthesia or Autism? Are there asexuals? Do they dream? Do they have fetishes?

I've decided to use fancy colorful fineliners for writing in school - everything looks so much more bright and colorful now! Pink and purple and torquoise and green instead of navy blue and black :) i love my new fineliners http://www.muji.eu/pages/online.asp?V=1&Sec=13&Sub=55&PID=2352
I think they are very well designed.
I just feel like promoting the homepage of a young manga artist who went to my school: http://www.margaritatill.de/ I love her clear, classic manga style - not so overloaded with flowers and hair and stuff like shoujo manga ;) and her funny little "daily life"-like stories.
On a rather sad sidenote I think it's very disturbing that a politician who is member of a party that represents 35% of the population can say things like "Unlike German workers, Romanian workers come and go as they feel like it and they don't know what they're actually doing".

A blank one.
Yes.
And: Everything is a miracle.
I LOVE London. There are so many different things you can experience there and you never even need to do similar things twice. That city is so international and full of people, Berlin feels like a village in comparison.

I've read watchmen. It's ingenious. All the characters are awesome. I think this comic should be in a list of comics everyone should read. Well, propably there is no such list, but...
I'm bad at describing the content of a book, so just read it if you haven't already.

I can't concentrate and listen to music simultaneously. Whenever I listen to music I start dreaming immediately :D
a thunder storm - hot chocolate after the thunder storm - the sea - vanishing during low tide - walking across the tideland - an island - wind - taking a bath at midnight - fireworks - laughing together with a friend - blue sky - picnic in the shade - cherries - a water melon - colourful cocktails - stars - sunlight - sand - solitude - poems - ideas - books - postcards - memories
Just some photos :)
Edit. okay, their _big_ because I was to dumb and now I'm to lazy to change it again.

Coming to school for an exam (and only an exam, the rest of the day was free) on thursday at 7:50 - only to be told that the exam was moved and the new time was 11:30 at the same day. I could have slept much longer :(
